Welcome to Pronto Phone Repair.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pronto Phone Repair website and any repair, diagnostic, trade-in, product, or related service provided by Pronto Phone Repair.

By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, submitting a device for service, participating in a trade-in, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Pronto Phone Repair

Pronto Phone Repair provides smartphone, mobile device, diagnostic, repair, trade-in, and related services.

Our contact information is:

Business Name: Pronto Phone Repair

Website: https://prontophonerepair.com/

Email: [ADD BUSINESS EMAIL]

Phone: [ADD BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER]

Business Address: [ADD COMPLETE BUSINESS ADDRESS]

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a repair, purchase, or trade-in agreement with Pronto Phone Repair.

A customer under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may require the parent or guardian to approve the service or transaction.

By submitting a device to us, you confirm that you:

  • Own the device or have the legal authority to authorize service

  • Have permission to access, repair, sell, or trade the device

  • Have provided accurate information about the device

  • Are not submitting a stolen, lost, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained device

We may refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed.

3. Repair Estimates

Any price quoted before inspecting a device is an estimate only.

The final repair price may change after the device has been inspected or diagnosed. Additional damage, missing components, previous repairs, liquid exposure, internal damage, software problems, or unavailable parts may affect the final price.

We will attempt to obtain your approval before performing work that materially increases the original estimate.

An estimate may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Labor

  • Diagnostic services

  • Shipping or handling

  • Taxes

  • Additional services requested by the customer

Estimates are valid for the period stated when provided. If no period is stated, the estimate may be changed or withdrawn at any time before the repair is authorized.

4. Diagnostic Services

Some device problems cannot be identified without opening, testing, or partially disassembling the device.

A diagnostic fee may apply even if:

  • The device cannot be repaired

  • You decide not to proceed with the repair

  • Replacement parts are unavailable

  • The cost of repair exceeds the device’s value

  • The issue is caused by software, data corruption, motherboard damage, or another condition outside the original repair request

Any diagnostic fee will be disclosed before the diagnostic service is performed whenever reasonably possible.

5. Authorization to Perform Repairs

By approving a repair, you authorize Pronto Phone Repair and its technicians to:

  • Inspect the device

  • Open or disassemble the device

  • Perform diagnostic tests

  • Disconnect or remove components

  • Install replacement parts

  • Update or restore software when authorized

  • Test device features after the repair

  • Take other reasonable steps necessary to complete the approved service

We will only perform services that are reasonably related to the authorized repair unless additional approval is obtained.

6. Existing Damage and Repair Risks

Electronic devices may contain fragile, worn, damaged, or previously repaired components.

Opening or repairing a device may reveal or worsen pre-existing problems that were not visible before service. These may include:

  • Cracked or weakened frames

  • Damaged screens or back glass

  • Stripped screws

  • Missing components

  • Damaged connectors

  • Corrosion

  • Liquid damage

  • Swollen batteries

  • Motherboard problems

  • Previous improper repairs

  • Non-original replacement parts

  • Software corruption

  • Face recognition, fingerprint, or biometric issues

Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for problems caused by the device’s prior condition, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

If continuing a repair could create a significant risk of additional damage, we may stop the work and contact you.

7. Replacement Parts

Repairs may use original equipment manufacturer parts, refurbished parts, aftermarket parts, compatible parts, or previously used parts, depending on availability, price, and the service selected by the customer.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing, replacement parts should not be assumed to be manufactured or certified by the original device manufacturer.

Replacement parts may differ slightly from original components in:

  • Color

  • Brightness

  • Sensitivity

  • Fit

  • Finish

  • Performance

  • Battery capacity

  • Manufacturer branding

  • Software compatibility

We will make reasonable efforts to explain available part options before completing the repair.

8. Water Resistance

Opening, damaging, or repairing a device may reduce or eliminate its original water-resistant or dust-resistant qualities.

Pronto Phone Repair does not guarantee that a repaired device will remain water-resistant, waterproof, or dust-resistant after service.

Customers should keep repaired devices away from water, steam, rain, excessive moisture, and other liquids.

9. Customer Data and Backups

Customers are responsible for backing up all device data before submitting a device for repair, diagnosis, or trade-in.

Device data may include:

  • Photos and videos

  • Contacts

  • Messages

  • Documents

  • Applications

  • Account information

  • Passwords

  • Authentication data

  • Business files

  • Personal information

  • Cloud access

  • Payment information

Repair services may result in data loss, data corruption, factory reset, software restoration, or loss of access to certain accounts or applications.

Pronto Phone Repair does not guarantee that customer data will be preserved or recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for lost, damaged, corrupted, altered, or inaccessible data.

10. Device Access and Passcodes

Certain repairs may require access to device functions to diagnose or test the completed work.

If a passcode or temporary access method is required, it will only be used for reasonable diagnostic or testing purposes.

Customers should remove or secure sensitive personal information before submitting a device.

Where supported by the device, customers may use maintenance mode, repair mode, guest mode, or another limited-access feature rather than sharing a primary passcode.

Pronto Phone Repair does not intentionally review personal files, photos, messages, or account content unless access is necessary to perform an authorized service.

11. SIM Cards, Memory Cards, and Accessories

Customers should remove SIM cards, memory cards, cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, and other accessories before submitting a device unless those items are required for testing.

Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for accessories that are not recorded on the service receipt or repair order.

12. Repair Completion Times

Any repair time provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Repair times may be affected by:

  • Part availability

  • Shipping delays

  • Device condition

  • Diagnostic findings

  • Manufacturer restrictions

  • Software problems

  • Additional customer approvals

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for losses resulting from a delayed repair, except where required by law.

13. Unrepairable Devices

Some devices may not be repairable due to severe damage, unavailable parts, discontinued components, software restrictions, motherboard failure, or repair costs exceeding the practical value of the device.

Payment may still be required for authorized diagnostic work, attempted repairs, special-order parts, or labor already completed.

We do not guarantee that every device can be repaired.

14. Special-Order Parts

A deposit or advance payment may be required before we order a replacement part.

Deposits for special-order parts may be non-refundable once the order has been placed, particularly when the part was ordered specifically for the customer’s device.

If the supplier cancels the order or cannot provide the part, we will refund the applicable unused part payment, subject to any disclosed diagnostic or labor charges.

15. Payment Terms

Payment is due when the repair or service is completed unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.

We may require partial or full payment before:

  • Ordering parts

  • Beginning certain repairs

  • Providing diagnostic services

  • Returning a repaired device

  • Completing a trade-in transaction

Accepted payment methods may be displayed at the business location, during checkout, or when the service is arranged.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, shipping costs, and other disclosed charges.

16. Repair Warranty

Certain repairs or replacement parts may include a limited warranty.

The warranty period and coverage, if any, will be stated on the repair receipt, service order, invoice, or separate warranty document.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a repair warranty only covers a defect in the specific replacement part installed or the specific repair service performed.

A repair warranty does not cover:

  • New physical damage

  • Cracked glass or screens

  • Accidental drops or impact

  • Liquid or moisture damage

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Damage caused by another repair provider

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Software problems

  • Malware or viruses

  • Data loss

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Battery wear after normal use

  • Damage to unrelated components

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Manufacturer defects unrelated to our work

  • Devices that have been opened or altered after our repair

  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories or chargers

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

17. Warranty Remedies

If a repair qualifies for warranty coverage, Pronto Phone Repair may, at its discretion:

  • Inspect the device

  • Reperform the covered repair

  • Replace the defective covered part

  • Provide store credit

  • Refund the amount paid for the covered repair

The available remedy may depend on part availability, the device’s condition, and applicable law.

A warranty does not automatically entitle the customer to replacement of the entire device.

18. Manufacturer Warranties

Repairing or opening a device through an independent repair provider may affect a manufacturer’s warranty, insurance plan, carrier protection plan, or other third-party coverage.

Customers are responsible for checking their manufacturer, carrier, retailer, or insurance terms before authorizing a repair.

Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for the cancellation or denial of third-party warranty or insurance coverage.

19. Device Pickup

Customers must collect completed devices within the pickup period communicated by Pronto Phone Repair.

A valid receipt, identification, repair-order information, or other proof of authorization may be required before a device is released.

We may refuse to release a device when ownership, identity, payment, or pickup authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed.

20. Abandoned Devices

A device may be considered abandoned if it is not collected within [ADD NUMBER, SUCH AS 30, 60, OR 90] days after we notify the customer that:

  • The repair is completed

  • The device cannot be repaired

  • The customer declined the repair

  • The device is ready to be returned

  • Payment is overdue

Pronto Phone Repair is not responsible for data remaining on a traded device when the customer failed to remove it.

24. Trade-In Quotes and Final Values

Online, telephone, email, or preliminary trade-in quotes are estimates only.

The customer may accept or reject the revised offer before ownership is transferred, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

25. Finality of Trade-In Transactions

The device may be erased, repaired, resold, recycled, dismantled, or transferred to another party.

A traded device may no longer be available for return after the transaction has been completed.

26. Promotions and Bonus Offers

Promotions, discounts, coupons, trade-in bonuses, and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions.
